Shipping policy

Sublimation transfers have a processing time of 5-7 business days. If you have order contains a custom item, the order can be delayed due to the custom nature of the order.

STANDARD SHIPPING - Transit time is 5-7 business days within the continental United States, not including holidays. (Most items are shipped with standard shipping).

We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please choose priority shipping for insurance purposes if you'd like to your package insured.

MOST items arrive 2-3 days once shipped

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be filled and placed the following business day. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.
