ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
**Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item** Please email us at trendytruckshatbar@gmail.com with photos for validity.
Damaged items, with valid proof, are eligible for a full refund to be given back to the customer’s credit card on file.
Please double check your shipping address! Once the items have shipped, you will be double charged for shipping if the address is wrong.
*Please follow press instructions in your package. Trendy Truckers is not responsible for any damaged items after they have been used.*
If any of the items from your order are shipped back to us for a credit, we will not accept them and send them back at the buyer's expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Here at Trendy Truckers, we will work with you if you work with us! Also, please be mindful that all returned items are eligible for store credit only unless damaged.
CANCELLATIONS:
We do accommodate cancellations. In the event of cancelling an order after it has been placed, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and only store credit will be issued. We treat cancellations as returns, where the order will be refunded to a gift card.
